Ridgeway offers advanced leadership skills and personal growth opportunities to key community leaders through extensive group learning and practice, one-on-one coaching, a peer support network, 360° evaluations, additional assessment tools and individualized development plans.
Community / Organizational
Over the course of multiple cohorts, Ridgeway aims to support leaders in applying the value and benefits of the program within their organizations, businesses, agencies and communities in ways that challenge us to overcome traditional obstacles and differences.
Regional
Ridgeway is dedicated to strengthening & extending cross-sector regional networks in Kentucky & Central Appalachia through cohorts of leaders who share a formative experience together and work to develop a sense of collective aspiration and collaborative vision.
